What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all products purchased here on ThemeBeans.com.

How long do I get support?

You will have access to theme support as long as you hold an active theme license, or have an active ThemeBeans Club membership.

How can I find my theme license?

It can be found within your account dashboard or on your purchase receipt. If purchased via ThemeForest, you’ll need to request a license key.

Do I need to renew my license?

Renewing your license ensures that you will always have access to the latest version of our themes, receive in-dashboard updates and access to support.

Can I use these on WordPress.com?

No. ThemeBeans WordPress themes are not available for use on WordPress.com.
