Migrating to Simbase

This page explains how to move your Olivia Wireless account and SIMs to Simbase

1. Create a Simbase account

Sign up at dashboard.simbase.com. Use your company details so we can match your migration request.

2. Add a payment method or top up your balance (optional)

To keep your SIMs active after migration, set up billing in your account. You can:

• add a credit card, and/or

• top up a prepaid balance.

3. Postpaid billing (optional)

Prefer to be invoiced afterwards? Postpaid billing is available at a surcharge of 29,- per invoice. Email [e-mail] if you'd like this enabled.

4. Fill in the migration form

Complete the migration form so we can build your new setup: Form

5. Wait for completion

Once you've submitted the form, our team prepares your new environment and guides you through the switch-over. Questions at any point: open a support ticket in our platform.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need new SIM cards?

No. We migrate you existing SIM cards to Simbase. When purchasing new cards, you receive Simbase SIM cards.

Do I need to change anything on my side?

No. Your devices can keep using the same APN.

Will the coverage for my SIM change?

No. If you leave the coverage as is in the Simbase dashboard, the supported roaming partners will stay the same. Should you change your plan in our platform, the new roaming set will be applied.

What are the rates at Simbase? Do they change?

Simbase works with a PAYG model. We charge you 0.01 €/£/$ per day for enabled SIM cards and a fee per consumed MB, depending on the supported coverage. You can find the full pricing overview here.

How are Simbase and Olivia Wireless related?

Simbase and Olivia Wireless are part of the same group: Simbase Global Group.

Will my VPN connections and/or public IP routes also be migrated to Simbase?

Unfortunately not, they do not carry over. At Simbase you can lease a public static IP address, or deploy a private network and reach your SIM cards over a WireGuard or IPSec connector.
