We are updating all our policy documents to change mentions of our former name “Revolt” to “Stoat”, introduce our new GIF sharing platform Gifbox, prepare for the rollout of screen share & video chat and added some legal boilerplate that was previously missing. You are advised to review the changes.
- If you are a user of Stoat, new policies will take effect on 30 July 2026. The new community guidelines take effect immediately.
- If you are a user of Gifbox, the new policies will take effect immediately upon your acceptance of them.
