Cert 2 [ULA]
Cert 2 is the second certification flight of the Vulcan launch vehicle.
Due to unavailability of the orignally planned payload, the second cerification mission flew only with a mass simulator, which remained attached to the Centaur-5 upper stage. After reaching a parking orbit, the Centaur-5 was reignited to send the Cert-2 mission to an Earth escape trajectory and ended up in a solar orbit.
The Cert-2 mission did successfully reach the intended orbit despite of technical issues with one of the SRB of the launch vehicle.
