Look, I don’t make the rules. I generally prefer to not be “the man” whenever possible. Or if it’s unavoidable, I try to consciously be whatever the good version of that can be. Sure, I’ve had moments where I know I failed at that, but a little self-awareness can go a long way to avoiding such mistakes again. Thanks for the reminder Rick.
