Big Blue Dot

I was catching up on what’s happening out in the world today during my commute home from sunny SF and a story about blue dot signs popping up throughout Omaha, a typically red state, caught my attention. It got me thinking — “hey, I have little gold dots all over my site — what if I made them all blue?” I tried that (thank you CSS variables) but it looked pretty weird. So, instead, here’s one big blue dot.

This country can slide further into division or instead resist, heal, and allow empathy and reason to triumph. I can’t vote here1, but if I could, it would be for the latter.

Failing that, I’m thankful to have an escape plan.
