All Teeth

I like this deck. I happened to run into this image of it a couple days back while probably looking for something entirely unreleased in my archives — and since Jaws ¹ the film happened to have hit middle age recently, I thought it would be an appropriate moment to share it.

According to the original metadata, it dates back over ten years to October 2014, which means I was still fairly early on in my experiments with sign painting. The sans-serif lettering isn’t too bad (mostly), but the small script lettering is not my best work. I imagine if I had done that even a few months later it would have been a bit more composed — though perhaps that wonky, uneven looseness is fitting.
