1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rudio's mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2What Rudio Is

Rudio is a community-powered map of WiFi hotspots. Users may submit hotspot pins (location, network name, optional password, notes) and consume pins submitted by others. Rudio does not own, operate, or guarantee the safety of any third-party WiFi network.

3Your Responsibilities

When using Rudio, you agree to:

• Submit only accurate hotspot information you are authorised to share.
• Not upload passwords or credentials for networks you do not own or have not been granted permission to share.
• Comply with all applicable laws when connecting to a network.
• Not use Rudio to harass, dox, deceive, or endanger others.
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

4User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content (pins, comments, network metadata, photos), you grant Rudio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

5WiFi Connections & Safety

Connecting to public or third-party WiFi carries inherent risks. Rudio shows community-provided information "as is" — we do not verify the security of any network and we are not responsible for any data interception, malware, charges, or other harm that may result from connecting to a hotspot listed on Rudio. Use a VPN and exercise judgement.

6Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rudio at any time, with or without notice. We may also limit availability in certain regions if required by local law.

7Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rudio if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the community. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete account.

8Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Rudio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Rudio after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
