archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

My last build gave "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'".
joerg@ advises that when we see an EGG_FILE, we should be using
setuptools, which in pkgsrc terms means egg.mk. Do that here in hopes of
fixing bulk builds.
