Manjuu's childhood friend and roommate. He got lost on the way to finding happiness, but meeting the right people can help show him the way.

from Lonely Wolf Treat! they're a side character who can transition during LWT's main story based on player interactions. their friends call them Danny.

dango was designed on 1/13/2016 as the clerk at the convenience store in frosting. they live with manjuu, but they might move out sooner than she thinks.

personality

danny is a very passive person. they try to go with the flow and do what makes logical sense, but that strategy hasn't made them happy in life at all...

they're receptive to outside perspectives, which leads to them taking mochi's side in her fight with manjuu. once they have a little distance from her they start rethinking their position on things more and more, including their gender which has always troubled them. they didn't realize they had the option to just not try to be a man anymore.

once they transition they open up and become more expressive, and you see them smile more often!!! danny's good!!!!!!! i want their life to get so much better!!!!!!!!

FAMILY

Manjuu (childhood friend): they've been friends for most of their life, and are living together at the start of LWT. their relationship is ambiguously close--manjuu tried dating them when they were teenagers, but broke up because "he turned out to be gay." they care about manjuu as a friend, but it seems to be sort of out of obligation from having known her their whole life. she doesn't treat them very well, but they haven't realized it on the level that mochi has, so for now they've stuck around...
Mochi (childhood friend): danny's relationship with mochi is way more positive than their relationship with manjuu!!!!! they've rarely hung out without manjuu around though, until the plot of LWT gets rolling...

FRIENDLY

Chai (partner): these two get together during LWT ch5! they relate a lot about gender stuff and first connected over that, but they have a lot of other things in common and get along really well in general... danny admires chai for being so chill and self-assured despite them being the younger one. the ship name is dannychai!
Treat: they got off to a rocky start, but she changes their life for the better based on one optional conversation in LWT ch5... which led them to meeting chai and everything! so they like her and feel bad for how they treated her in the past.
Annie and May: they're friends-of-friends through mochi and not very close. but danny and annie have some interaction in one of the LWT alternate ending paths!
