My Ultimate Superpower

This week’s Group Project asks us to answer a fun question: Which magical power or super power would you like to have?

I initially thought of the classic choice: invisibility. However, what’s the point? If I am invisible, I might hear things I do not want to hear. Ignorance is bliss – I have learned that by now. Flying would be another instant reply. But upon further reflection, I remembered that I am afraid of heights. I doubt that would change just by being able to fly. So no thank you. Being able to teleport would be fancy, though. I could travel to my friends who live far away instantly! On the other hand, it could make me lazy. Why take the stairs if I can just teleport to the top?

So, my chosen power would be: Super speed!

I could still get to places relatively quickly, but I would still have to use my own muscle power to do that. Plus, if it applies to being fast in general, tasks like taking a shower, cooking, crocheting, etc. would be much quicker. Think of the time I could save! So yes, super speed it is!
