₊˚⊹ Warning! ⋆˙⟡
This page is restricted to adults!
I consider myself a pro-shipper, so the content here might be disturbing for some people. If you don't agree with what you read, do yourself a favor and just leave the page or the site. Don't waste your time sending me a lecture because I won't read it and will probably just delete it.
₊˚⊹ Fannish Behavior ⋆˙⟡
I've been in fandoms and been chronically online since I was a kid, always following the stuff I like on Twitter and talking to other fans. Peak fangirl me was in my teen years, when I'd get totally obsessed with everything I liked. Now I mostly just read fanfics and like fanart on Twitter. I tweet about it sometimes, but mostly I lurk. So I only catch news or debates if they pop up on my timeline, I rarely go looking for stuff.
Used to write fanfics a lot because I love writing, but now I don't have the motivation or ideas for it. My main frustration is not being able to draw, because I have way more ideas than I can actually make. I like making friends who share fandoms and get close so we can comment on stuff together, instead of joining groups with 50 people who never stop talking. Lately I've been a lone fan, just enjoying stuff from afar.
₊˚⊹ Shipper Behavior ⋆˙⟡
I love shipping couples, but romance is my least favorite genre. Honestly I don't care much about story quality, I focus more on characters, especially if there's a ship with chemistry I can obsess over. I mostly ship BL, but also GL and some HL, even though HL is rare for me.
I'm more into angst stuff, like ambiguous or complicated relationships. Trope type doesn't matter to me (friends to lovers, rivals, enemies, etc.), but I hate stuff that's too fluffy or cute. I'm strict with shipping, so I only monoship, can't handle more than one ship per character/person. I also don't care about top/bottom, I just go with the ship name I like best.
Even though most of my ships aren't taboo, I'm a pro-shipper. I don't care what people ship or don't ship.
₊˚⊹ My Fandoms ⋆˙⟡

The Twilight Saga
2010 - 2014
I love this saga so much. Honestly, I'd say I'm more of a casual fan now, and I don't really consider myself part of the fandom because I don't consume anything Twilight-related besides the books and movies. I don't even follow anyone from the fandom, so it's more like I just enjoy it but don't engage. But there was a time when I was totally obsessed and the saga was literally the base of my whole routine. I had everything: T-shirt, backpack, posters, magazines... People made fun of me a lot but I didn't care. Yeah, the books and movies are not good, but idk, there's just something comforting about them. Obviously, I'm Team Edward.

Selena Gomez
2010 - 2023
I literally learned English through Selena's songs and I was a fan for a long time. She was a big part of my childhood since I discovered her when I was 9. I can't really say the exact reason I drifted away 13 years later, but I think it was partly her almost retiring from music and also because her recent songs just didn't hit for me. Plus, I started realizing a lot about her behavior was lowkey messy and kinda off, so I slowly backed off. I still really love her old songs though.

One Direction
2014 - 2017
It wasn't the first fandom I was in, but it feels like it was. They were literally my whole personality, I breathed One Direction 24/7. I spent all day consuming their stuff and talking about them. I basically lived on the #AskDirectioner tag on Twitter back when that was still a thing (no idea if it ever existed outside Brazil). I was totally obsessed with Larry and even wrote like 10 fanfics, had a Larry hoodie too... yeah. I only have good memories of being their fan, and I'll admit I miss those days. I stopped stanning a few months after they announced the "hiatus" because I discovered K-POP and just swapped one for the other. I still listen to One Direction a lot, and even though I don't follow their solo careers, I still have love for all of them.

BTS
2015 - 2017
I became an orphan without One Direction and needed a new obsession. 2015 me couldn't resist Jungkook in the War of Hormone MV, and that's when BTS came into my life. But I didn't stay a fan for long because the fandom got unbearable real quick and I found other groups that felt more interesting to me. Still, I put them on this list because they were the reason I actually got into K-POP, and a lot happened because of that. You know that point in life where you're like "if I had taken a different path, everything would be totally different now"? That's exactly how I feel about BTS. Oh, and I went to their concert! That's important to mention because K-POP concerts in Brazil weren't common back then, and I kinda take pride in catching the Wings Tour since it has what I think are their best songs. Anyway, I don't like BTS anymore. Not into their personalities, not into how they deal with their fame, and I can't stand the fans either. I keep my distance so I don't get stressed out reading arrogance, but their old songs are still a bop so I listen to them sometimes.

Seventeen
2016 - 2021
Being part of Seventeen's fandom was a huge butterfly effect in my life. I met people who changed my life both in good and bad ways. I used to be super active in the fandom, joined Twitter groups, and always kept up with their news, dramas, and fan fights. I even joined a few myself. I really loved being a Carat, even wrote and published some fanfics. I drifted away from the group because their music stopped hitting for me, and the concepts they started doing didn't feel like the Seventeen I knew and loved. The Carats I was close with also stopped stanning, so I ended up not seeing them on my timeline anymore and just stopped interacting with the fandom. Honestly, I still have a lot of love for all the members and I still enjoy many of their older songs.

Kim Taeyeon
2017 - present
I remember exactly when Taeyeon released her first full album, My Voice, and I got hooked. I'd get home from school, be alone at home, put her album on the living room TV, and just sit on the couch listening until I dozed off. I did that every single day, religiously. Until I checked out the rest of her discography and loved every song. I became a Taeyeon fan because of her music, not her personality, which isn't usual for me. I usually like the personality first. Nowadays, I relate to her a lot and admire her so much as an artist that I like everything she sings. Soon it'll be 10 years following her, and I feel my love for her just keeps growing with every release.

Banana Fish
2019 - present
I was never really active in the Banana Fish fandom, but I did try once and ended up meeting the person who almost ruined my life. I also don't vibe much with the fandom itself because my opinions clash with the majority, so I kinda got traumatized. Now I'm just a casual fan, checking out stuff here and there and that's it. I avoid engaging, don't really interact with people, and when it comes to fanworks I only consume the fanarts that randomly show up on my timeline. Still, Ash is a really important character to me and always will be. I still consider myself part of the fandom because I think I like Banana Fish enough to count myself in. Oh, and yeah, I have a tattoo of Ash Lynx.

Jujutsu Kaisen
2021 - 2023
Honestly, my time in the JJK fandom was more about SatoSugu and Gojo than the manga itself. I (still) am completely obsessed with SatoSugu, and for me, they are 100% canon, no discussion. I only stopped reading the manga because I found the arc confusing and boring, and I don't even remember how it actually ended. I think the story has a lot of flaws and wasted potential. Anyway, I still love Geto, Gojo, Shoko, and Yuta.

Genshin Impact
2021 - 2024
I miss when Genshin was actually good. I stopped playing because the game got repetitive, patches felt identical except for the events, and the new characters didn't interest me at all. Plus, life got busier and I just didn't have time to play anymore. With all that combined, I had zero motivation to open the game again, so I just never did. I met a lot of people who played Genshin, but I was never super active in the fandom. I only interacted with a handful of people and mostly just consumed fanart and some fanfics. The few people I did interact with also quit, so I stopped seeing Genshin stuff on my timeline. Now when I see the characters they've released since I quit, I don't recognize a single one, which feels so weird. Will I ever go back? Total mystery, but I won't rule it out.
₊˚⊹ My OTPs ⋆˙⟡
Below are all the ships I remember shipping. Not all of them became obsessions, but I like them enough to include them on this list. I don't care at all whether the ship is canon or not, whether the two characters have interacted or not, or even if one of them is already in a relationship in canon.
