Republik Kelima Perancis (Perancis: Cinquième République Française) ialah sistem republik kerajaaan Perancis yang sekarang. Ia telah ditubuhkan pada 4 Oktober 1958 oleh Charles de Gaulle di bawah Perlembagaan Republik Kelima.[1]

De Gaulle merupakan perdana menteri terakhir Republik Keempat dan terus berkhidmat seperti itu semasa tempoh presiden Coty; selepas menjadi presiden, beliau melantik Debré menggantikannya sebagai perdana menteri.
