Thoughts on the Tarot at a Crossroads

November 10, 2025. Day of last drink. [Redacted] is gone.

XII: "The Hanged Man"

Jung: "The dislocation can be a positive."

This card symbolizes a turning point in life. We are hanging in the air until we find a new view of things around us, a proper way to rearrange and restart. Sometimes a new viewpoint requires a lot of patience.

Take this time to relax and reflect. Sort out thoughts and ideas to find a new way to cope with the situation. Changing life. A new sight of the world. Keep your perspective.

Three of Swords

Traditionally signifies separation or the breakup of a significant relationship. This is the end of draining, frustrating associations to become free again. Cut some things loose. In spite of memories and attachments, we need to let go of relationships that can't live up to their promise, or have outlived their pleasure and the support we once found in them.

A storm is clearing! Feelings are mending. Communication skills are improving. Accusations and paranoia are diminishing! The necessity of conflict seems to be draining away, a change that is worth being grateful for! Even if challenges arise.

The 3 of Swords advises you to strike out on your own. Become more independent. Separate yourself from people you are not compatible with. Grow a thicker skin. Move towards those who can embrace and appreciate your talents and all you have to contribute.
