2026/08/09 - My $10 Sony MDR-ZX110 headphones broke recently. I accidentally pulled the cord too hard getting off the bus and it broke at some point between the drivers and the jack. So sad. I found them quite comfortable in spite of their build quality.

I have a preference for on-ear headphones so I ordered some secondhand Grado SR60s to use at home. I'll write my first impressions when I receive them. Not a fan of non-detachable cords but maybe that'll be a fun mod down the road.

2026/05/25 - I uploaded an archive containing some of my BeepBox songs to the index. I'll be uploading some new songs here and there and everywhere while I work on improving my style.

2026/05/17 - Windows 10 started randomly taking like 15 seconds to fully load certain OpenGL based applications. White screen, not responding, all the fun stuff.

This seems to only affect my game and PPSSPP. Yayyy.

2026/05/14 - Oops. That domain I bought probably won't be used for at least a couple of months. Probably shouldn't have jumped the gun. I could have used that $12 for a sandwich...

2026/03/13 - Update

2026/01/15 - I got it. This thing is TINY. The pads are like 1mm~ in diameter. I think I'll be able to do it, but I'm definitely practicing on something else first! Good thing I have access to a microscope.

2026/01/02 - I bought an unpatched Nintendo Switch ... so that I can install a modchip in it. I know, I know. I have limited soldering experience, and I'm mildly afraid I'll screw it up- but I've worked with my devices before and I'm sure I'll be fine with a lot of patience. Or maybe I'm blinded by my hubris. Here's to hoping I didn't just waste $150.

Maybe I'll sell it. Or maybe I'll grow attached to it after it recovers from its surgery.

2025/12/29 - I want to finalize everything today. Bought a domain for an upcoming project.

2025/12/24 - Forcing myself to deploy the site before the end of the year.

2025/12/17 - Setting up the new site codebase for deployment. I'll stick to GitHub Pages for now because that's what works, but now I have to write the Actions workflow file thingy...
