HitTestBehavior enum
How to behave during hit tests.
Values
- deferToChild → const HitTestBehavior
-
Targets that defer to their children receive events within their bounds only if one of their children is hit by the hit test.
- opaque → const HitTestBehavior
-
Opaque targets can be hit by hit tests, causing them to both receive events within their bounds and prevent targets visually behind them from also receiving events.
- translucent → const HitTestBehavior
-
Translucent targets both receive events within their bounds and permit targets visually behind them to also receive events.
When both a translucent target and its descendant are listening to the same pointer event, both will receive it. Events are dispatched to the most specific target first (the descendant), then to the translucent target. In gesture arena competitions for the same gesture, the descendant typically wins because it enters the arena first (first come, first served). The translucent target's gesture is not invoked unless the descendant's gesture is rejected or the descendant listens to a different gesture.
