Returns

Due to the nature of PDF downloads, digital sales are final and nonrefundable.

Digital Download Info

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique URL to download the pattern to your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This link will expire after 24 hours, so be sure to download the PDF directly to your own device. This site will not store your files.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are offered on individual pattern pages and during promotional sales. Only one code can be used per order — if multiple codes are available, choose the one with the greater value. Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Errata

Hopefully, all patterns are clear, thorough, and error-free. However, if a mistake has been documented, refer to a pattern’s errata on the original purchase page or its page on Ravelry. Previously purchased patterns will not be automatically updated.

A Note About Ravelry, Etsy, LoveCrafts, etc.

The purchase of patterns is available exclusively through this website. The reasons include owning the site’s design and functionality, bypassing marketplace fees, reducing additional maintenance and record-keeping, and avoiding competition with other knitwear designers.

Your Privacy

Your email and payment details are collected only to process your order and are not shared with any third parties. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, and your payment information is never stored on this site’s servers. A complete privacy policy is available here.
