Self-hosted services
I am a self-hosting fiend, and I have a lot of services that I run for myself, for my friends and just for fun. Some are public, and some are private. Here are the ones that I don't mind you using, but no guarantees on uptime or anything, and I might just cut them if they become too much of a hassle to maintain.
- PrivateBin - A minimalist, open-source online pastebin where the server has zero knowledge of pasted data.
- Snapdrop - A web-based peer-to-peer file sharing service that works across all platforms.
- Tailscale Mirror - A mirror of the Tailscale packages for various platforms, for bypassing censorship or just for occasionally quicker downloads.
- Send - A simple, open-source file sharing service that allows you to send files securely and privately. I am very generous with the file size limit, but for a short time only. This is hosted on my NAS, so for speed and uptime YMMV!
- Koutube - Wraps my Invidious instance, allows you to watch videos directly in Discord, albeit at a really shit quality. See more in projects
- Zipline - Another file sharing service, more for Discord and ShareX and such. Locked away, friends get access though!
