We encourage anyone at MIT who has experienced discrimination or discriminatory harassment to make an incident report so we can discuss the ways IDHR can support you.

Our staff aims to give the complainant the power to decide how you would like to move forward. If you choose to meet with us (or via email if you prefer not to meet) we will explain all your options including the resources open to you, your potential resolution pathways (formal complaint resolutions like restorative and investigative processes or informal remedies like educational conversations), and the individualized supportive measures that are available at any time.
