Hao Zhou
I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. My research focuses on developing AI-powered wearable systems that sense and understand human behavior and health.
I received my PhD from Penn State, where my research was recognized with several awards, including the Penn State Alumni Association Dissertation Award and the Best Paper Award for Edge IoT AI at IoTDI 2023. I was also selected for the ACM MobiSys Rising Star. I have gained industry research experience at Samsung Research America and Microsoft Research Asia.
