A hosted plan for the question you're actually trying to answer — what to learn, from whom, in what order, and what would change your mind. Your team marks progress against it and interrogates it with an agent.

The plan, and I run it. Six interviews with people who can answer the question, then the insight analysis: what the market said, where it contradicts your roadmap, and what to do about that.

A proof of value on your own corpus. Evals first, so "better" is a number you can defend, then hybrid, reranking, chunking, and the vector database call, argued from your data. You keep the eval set and the system.

Small, direct, technical.
The work usually starts with a concrete operating question: should we build this, buy it, fund it, ship it, scale it, or kill it? From there I work backwards into architecture, prototypes, product strategy, team shape, and the decision artifact you actually need.
Most engagements are measured in days or weeks, not quarters. I can operate as an advisor, builder, reviewer, workshop lead, or temporary technical executive depending on what the situation needs.
Everything is priced from a standard rate card — half-day workshops, hosted research, fixed-fee proofs of value, monthly retainers, and hourly work. Book a time and I'll send it over.
