2025-08-03Use puma instead of thin and update Dockerfile•••Thin has not seen a lot of support lately, and depends on eventmachine which is no longer supported and does not work with Ruby 3.3. Also update the Dockerfile accordingly, update the ruby image to a still supported ruby version and account for glsa data already being present.
