Spaces (Secure Digital Rooms)

Spaces are digital rooms for you, your clients, and other stakeholders you decide to invite (providers, contractors, etc.). Spaces limit who can see information (such as files, events, and tasks). This allows you to decide specifically who can see what, keeping everyone in the loop and keeping your data safe.

Easy Sign-up and Login

Signing up is easy for you and your clients. Users enter their email and they receive an email with 2 login options: a login link, or a One-Time Password (OTP).

Passwordless is easier and more secure, since it eliminates the risk of stolen passwords. The only way to log in is to have access to the user's email.

Document Collection

Allow your clients to complete collection workflows easily and on their own time.
