ZeroPlastic Movement is a volunteer-driven environmental organization working to reduce plastic pollution through youth mobilization, community action, education, sustainable tourism, and technology. Our network includes more than 12,000 volunteers and university and community-based clubs that organize environmental projects and engage thousands of people. Technology is central to our strategy for scaling this impact. We are developing an open, scalable digital platform to manage volunteers, clubs, environmental projects, events, attendance, impact data, communications, and organizational operations. Our goal is to create the technology infrastructure needed to coordinate large volunteer networks more efficiently, measure environmental impact, and enable more people and organizations to take meaningful action against plastic pollution.

When someone loses a loved one, they face an avalanche of administrative procedures - declaring the death, notifying pension funds, tax authorities, banks, insurers - all while grieving. Across Europe, families must navigate these steps across languages and borders, with no single reliable guide. Clarvia is a Luxembourg-registered non-profit (ASBL) building open-source, source-cited checklists that guide bereaved families through every required administrative step, in their own language. We are building our first service in Luxembourg, where many real family situations are multilingual and cross-border, connected to France, Germany, Belgium, and Portugal - a natural starting point for reusable European bereavement workflow infrastructure. All data is structured, validated against JSON Schema, and backed by verified government sources. Open source lets us build transparently, with community verification at every step. No family should face bureaucracy alone in their darkest hours.

Blu-H is a Luxembourg-based nonprofit using satellite data, AI, and open digital tools to improve flood and environmental hazard intelligence for humanitarian and public-interest users. Blu-H helps strengthen resilience to floods, droughts, wildfires, and other climate-related risks through expert support, training, early warning, and operational decision tools. This CiviCRM Spark project helps build the organisational backbone we need to scale: better member management, volunteer onboarding, donor/supporter workflows, renewal reminders, communications, and reporting. By improving these systems, volunteers will help Blu-H coordinate contributors safely, maintain good governance records, and focus more of its limited capacity on delivering practical disaster-risk intelligence where it is needed most.
