This document provides a plain-language overview of how Flutter & Friends processes personal data. It is intended to complement our Privacy Policy and is addressed to attendees who want a quick summary without the full legal text.
Who We Are
Flutter & Friends is a community conference for Flutter and Dart developers, organized by SIA Flutter&Friends in Stockholm, Sweden. We operate flutterfriends.dev.

What Data We Collect and Why

We never see your card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.

We do not sell your data or share it with sponsors.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct any errors
- Delete your data (after the event, subject to accounting obligations)
- Stop sending you emails

You can also complain to the Swedish privacy authority (IMY) at https://www.imy.se if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
Legal Basis
We process your data because:
- It is necessary to fulfil our contract with you (your ticket purchase).
- We are legally required to keep financial records for 7 years under Swedish law.
- You have given consent to optional analytics cookies (you can withdraw this at any time via cookie settings).
