Jerry Baxter - Was most recently the crew chief for Bret Holmes' No. 32 truck in the Truck Series. Prior to that was the crew chief for Hailie Deegan and the No. 1 truck for David Gilliland Racing in the Truck Series. He previously crew chiefed Tanner Gray's No. 15 DGR truck after having been a Cup Series crew chief for the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports car in 2020 with Bubba Wallace and in 2021 with Erik Jones. Prior to that, Baxter spent many years as a crew chief in the Xfinity and Truck Series, winning 15 truck races and 1 Xfinity race. He previously worked for Irvan-Simo Racing, Eddie Sharp Racing, Kyle Busch Motorsports, GMS Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing, Gary Smith, No Fear Racing, and Team Menard.
Gary DeHart, NASCAR crew chief for Terry Labonte's 1996 Winston Cup championship.
Mike Kelley (NASCAR) - Crew chief of the No. 47 Hyak Motorsports car in the Cup Series driven by Ricky Stenhouse Jr. He is a two-time consecutive Xfinity Series championship-winning crew chief (2011 and 2012) with Stenhouse. He moved with Stenhouse to JTG Daugherty in 2020 after many years in numerous crew chief and car chief positions at Roush Fenway Racing and crew chiefing for Front Row Motorsports in 2019.

Billy Nacewicz - Crew chief for Richie Evans' posthumous 1985 NASCAR Modified championship and for some of Evans' earlier Modified championships as well. Owner of carbuilder RE Fabrications in the 1980s. Nacewicz most recently was a crew chief in the Xfinity Series with Randy LaJoie for all of 1998, P. J. Jones for part of 2000, and Hank Parker Jr. for part of 2001. He won 1 race with both LaJoie and Parker Jr.
Brad Parrott, former NASCAR Cup Series crew chief for drivers such as Jeff Burton, Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Casey Mears, Reed Sorenson and Juan Pablo Montoya. Son of Buddy Parrott and brother of Todd Parrott.
Ryan Pemberton - Crew chief for MB2 Motorsports/Ginn Racing/Dale Earnhardt, Inc. from 1997 to 2007, Red Bull Racing Team from 2008 to 2011, Tommy Baldwin Racing for part of 2012 and was the competition director for JR Motorsports from partway through 2012 to partway through 2022. T. Taylor Warren - 2023 SHA recipient. He was the photographer who took the picture of the 1959 Daytona 500 photo finish between Lee Petty and Johnny Beauchamp (and lap car Joe Weatherly) that took until the Wednesday after the race to determine the winner. He would continue to work as a photographer in NASCAR until his death in 2008. He worked the first 50 Daytona 500's as a photographer. He was the first photographer to receive the SHA.
Deb Williams - 2026 SHA recipient. She has been a NASCAR writer for over 50 years with United Press International, NASCAR Winston Cup Scene, The Gaston Gazette, USA Today, Racing Today, ESPNW.com and Autoweek and was one of the first female journalists to regularly cover NASCAR^[8]
