Request for independent feedback on Abhijeet Dipke draft

Hi HJ, I hope you don't mind me reaching out.

I wanted to ask for your independent view regarding an article on Abhijeet Dipke.

Dipke has received substantial international and Indian media coverage in recent months, including Reuters, BBC, The New York Times, Associated Press, Al Jazeera and several major Indian publications. Given the extent of this independent coverage, I believe his notability is worth reassessing.

At the same time, the existing article has seen repeated edits, reversions and disputes, and has been protected for edit warring/content disputes. The revision history may provide useful context: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Abhijeet_Dipke&action=history

I have prepared a substantially revised draft based on the available independent coverage. I would be grateful if you could take a look and let me know whether, in your view, it meets Wikipedia's relevant notability, sourcing and neutrality requirements.

If you think the draft is sufficiently supported, I would also appreciate your advice on whether it would be appropriate to move it to mainspace through AfC, or what further issues should be addressed first.

Quick question

Hey HJ. Hope all is well. Just a quick question about a temp account you had blocked for disruptive editing earlier this month. You blocked ~2026-33529-06 on August 2nd and I just ran into ~2026-45018-51 who is currently active now and linked to the blocked account. The editing patterns remind me strongly of Charli 250, a long time sock master. That master locates to the same geographical location and had a tendency to revert perfectly acceptable edits only to reinstate them minutes later, seemingly the reason that first temp account got blocked.
