Inclusion of the Switch 2 from the 9th generation of consoles in this template

This request is for the Eighth generation template. Other generations to follow.

Please remove the Nvidia Shield Portable and Xperia Play from "Handheld"

Please also remove the entire "Micro" section with all contained consoles.
