Lowercase, gonzo, right?

Both appear widely in use. "Gonzo" seems more common in scholarly sources. But trending towards lowercase "gonzo" with later publication date, non-academic sources and when describing a style of writing and not a journalist movement. I'd lean towards "Gonzo" for this article, mostly due to the scholarly use and how the article is mostly about Gonzo in a context of on Hunter S. Thompson's writing.
