Commissions
Order from:
Will create:
- fanart or original
- pretty much anything SFW
- suggestive themes, or artistic nudity
- IRL people only ok for SFW
Won’t create:
- explicit NSFW
- offensive / bigoted material
- Gore (blood is fine)
- mecha
- lolicon / shotacon
- bestiality / zoophilia (fyi I don't consider furry characters as this)
Terms of Service
- I retain all copyrights & reproduction rights for the commission.
- I retain the rights to sell commissions on physical/digital merchandise (mostly applies to fanart).
- I will post the commission on my social media & website unless privacy is requested.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission order for any reason.
- You must be 18 years old or older to commission mild NSFW art.
- Communication will be through artistree, vgen, discord, or email.
Allowed commission use(s):
- For personal use only. Examples: social media icons, banners, or web graphics.
- Reposting and sharing the artwork online is OK, please just credit me.
Disallowed commission use(s):
- Don’t claim the art as your own work, or remove my signatures/watermarks.
- Not for commercial use, resale (including NFTs), promotional materials, or published works.
- Not for AI use such as AI training, AI enhancing, creating ai variants, etc.
- Don’t use to promote, or support hate/discrimination.
Workflow
- Commissions will be done in the order I receive them if it has been paid for. Payment must be made for me to start work.
- Commissions will be finished within two months or less.
- Progress emails/messages will be sent atleast once a week. You will be notified if delays happen.
- The finished commission’s png/jpeg files will be sent electronically once all payments are received. Nothing physical will be shipped.
Payment & Refunds
- All commissions have a starting base price. Final price will vary depending on complexity of your order.
- Paid upfront in-full, or spilt into 2 payments (one upfront/one on completion).
- Major, or excessive revisions may cost an additional fee up to 50% of the final price. (basically if it takes longer than a hour to revise, or makes me start over).
- There will be NO REFUNDS of any payments made towards a commission that is in-progress or complete.
- If I have to cancel a commission for any reason, I will give a full/partial refund depending on the circumstances.
