This is completely unacceptable for a paid platform handling professional campaigns.We are trying to upgrade our account from a Basic Annual plan to a Plus Monthly plan to use the URL redirection feature for an active client launch. Instead of letting us switch immediately, your billing system forces the change to next year, completely locking us out of a feature we need today.Second — and far worse — your support system is entirely broken.Every single time we attempt to open a billing ticket or talk to support, we are thrown into an endless authentication redirection loop (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) through Zendesk. Your chatbot is a useless dead end, and there is no direct email address to reach a human being.You are trapping paying customers in a technical loop with zero ways to get help.We need a Typeform staff member or community manager to flag this internally and contact us immediately to manually force this plan upgrade or process our prorated credit.Account email associated with

Hello!I cannot figure out how to collect information with Partial Submissions. I have an appropriate plan (i.e., Business), and I’ve added “Partial Submission” in an appropriate spot based on the instructions. However, it’s not collecting “Partial” information, even though I can see in the “Results” that it should have collected email addresses.Thoughts?

Hi TypeForm fam! So, the progress bar is not ONLY the thin strip of line, and we no longer have the option to see % complete. This is fine. Unfortunately though - the progress bar is a thin, white stripe of line which is hard to see on the grey TypeForm template I’m using. I’m wondering if I can make the TypeForm Progress Bar both wider/thicker so it’s more obvious, and darker (e.g. black) so users can actually see it against the grey TypeForm template? 

It seems that the function to go to branching is broken for all my forms.And on top of that I can not create any tickets !!!Any idea on how to get support ?

I want to create a simple calculator:I have these number questions which the user answers:Your Fabric cost (per meter) Number of metres Pattern cost Notion cost  Estimated hours to sew (optional) Hourly rate (only if Estimated hours to sew is greater than 0)The ending that appears on the screen is:The cost of your sewing project is: (v_total) with a summery of the costs belowv_total = (Your Fabric cost x Number of metres/yards) + Pattern cost + Notion cost + (Estimated hours to sew x Hourly rate)All optional questions do not require an answer and if they do not have one, then proceed to the next question. Except if Estimated hours is blank then it skips hourly rate and goes to end.I have created these custom variables, but not sure how to correctly link them to the number questions. I have had a go with logic branching etc...but don’t seem to have it right. Can someone help me create this in Typeform logic? Greatly appreciated, Jane

When developing a survey its cool to see which questions are marked as ‘required’ through the use of *. But when the survey goes live people are asking me ‘why is there an asterisk on this question?’. Is it possible to hide the asterisk for a survey when it goes live?

The asterisk placement from required questions acts a bit weird and this is especially noticable on mobile. We even removed the required mark from a question just to improve the styling.The problem is that only the asterisk gets placed on the next line, like so:In a crowded question on mobile it severely hurts the styling

However, when I test and select any one option, it auto-advances to the next question. How do I get it to stay with the current question (use case: I want to select 2, 3 or 4 other selections) instead of auto-advancing?

Hi,  Would like you help on how we can direct a customer who’s scanned a packaging label from one of our 10 products to be redirected to 1 typeform but still able to track the source of the lead.  We are in the supplement business and wondering if customers who scan:  domain.com/capsulesdomain.com/drink, etc  are redirected to domain.com/typeform with a unique UTM code so that: we are able to track the source of the lead? are we able to customise that same TF depending on which URL they came from - for example the ones that came from the capsule link, would see a uniue youtube video and the ones that came from the drink - see another youtube video?Many thanks.  Aftab

Hello, I’m new to this forum and to Typeform. I noticed that when filling in my form on a mobile phone, sometimes swiping up/down can result in the Typeform proceeding or going back to the next/previous question, automatically. Also, when you click an answer, it automatically jumps to the next question, so that makes the “OK”-button redundant.  Is there a way in which you can manually choose between the automatic proceeding and the proceeding upon clicking the OK-button? Thanks,  Mieke

Hi Typeform community,I'm building a spare parts ordering form for our customers.I have around 8 spare parts, each displayed with an image (using Picture Choice). What I'd like to achieve is: The customer selects one or multiple spare parts. For each selected part, they can specify a quantity. Ideally, the quantity field should only appear for the parts they selected. Example: Float valve → Qty 2 Water pump → Qty 1 Cooling pad → Qty 4 I know I can create a separate Number question for each part, but I'm looking for a cleaner and more scalable solution.Is there a way in Typeform (Business plan) to create something similar to an order form or product matrix where users can select multiple items and enter quantities for each selected item?How would you recommend building this workflow?Thanks!
