Stéphane Nguyen,
a French computer chess programmer and author of the Java chess engine Jester 1. Stéphane participated with Jester at multiple French Computer Chess Championships and French Programmers Tournaments, and maintained a Computer Chess Site, also reporting on the tournaments.
