Jan Kuipers,
a Dutch early computer chess programmer residing in Belgium 1. He is author of Tiny Chess 86 (TC86) written in 8086 assembly, which played the Second PCW Microcomputer Chess Championship 1989 in London 2 and the First Dutch Computer Chess Championship 1981 in Utrecht.
