The ICT 12 took place from May 12-13, 2012, Denksportcentrum Leiden, The Netherlands. Rybka won, running on a 100 core cluster consisting of 1 16 core Sandy Bridge E Xeon and 7 12 core Westmere Xeons 1, runner-up Critter ran on an AMD Phenom II X6 @ 3.7GHz 2.
