Gregory V. (Greg) Wilson,
a Canadian data scientist and professional educator, from 2007 until 2010 assistant professor in Computer Science at the University of Toronto. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and engineering at Queen’s University in 1984, a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and a Ph.D. in Computer Science at University of Edinburgh in 1986 and 1992 respeczively. While completing his Ph.D. part-time, Greg Wilson developed the parallel search of the massive parallel Transputer program Moby, which was based on Cyrus 68K by Mark Taylor and David Levy, and played the WCCC 1989 running on a Meiko Computing Surface 1.
