Deploy CryptPad to our k8s cluster

We'd like to run a cryptpad (ideally with OnlyOffice integration enabled). The manual install steps are below.

It probably makes sense to deploy this to our kubernetes cluster.

After successful setup we will basically have an anonomous suite of all standard office productivity software available for the general public.

SSO

There's SSO support, we probably want that. Idea being members & guests with IDP accounts should be able to manage documents.

Operation Concerns

How does it fail if it runs out of storage?

So if we make it public... it might get popular and need some storage. I have no idea how much it needs. I assume it fails gracefully and simply doesn't allow new file creation at some point if a quota is hit rather than crash in some way. Because eventually it will delete files that hit their expire time.
