Bring main website styling over to secondary services (style)

Maybe add a light / accessibility mode too to let people opt out of it?

Can we figure out a "brand guidelines" style document? This should include visual assets (pretty much just the logo in different file formats and sizes), hex codes for the colors (i get the background is #000000 but write it down, and specify what color green), maybe other things.

thoughts about green header text but white body text? green text is cool hacker vibes but imo not great contrast. i do like how the member services portal does it right now.

and yeah brand guidelines sound good.
