set up komodo for public use

Description
komodo exists, I've even deployed it
some things that need to be done:
- IDP login
- multiple docker hosts
- figure out traefik on the komodo-host docker host at least, probably all of them. probably only for devhack.network to start.
- configure komodo.devhack.network
