Description
Go through the existing tickets putting them into their proper categories, marking tickets that have been completed as completed and marking tickets as invalid as needed. Assigning tickets to people who have taken them on or are currently working on them. CCing relevant parties, soliciting skilled and relevant folks that could help with specific tickets.
