Federal Councillor Cotti responds to the letter from the Secretary of State, Christopher Warren, on the trilateral statement on the issue of nuclear weapons in Ukraine, which Switzerland very much welcomes. Although Switzerland has no technical expertise in this area, it considers to contribute financially.
