"Ohhh women in media fight too much why do we only value women if they do masculine things like fight?" Well probably because every example you can name of this phenomenon is either fantasy, sci-fi, action or a combination of the three. And those are all genres with a heavy focus on battles and fight scenes. So the characters are going to fight. Regardless of gender. Your average modern workplace romcom isn't going to have any women swinging around swords or shooting people in the face, so maybe watch those instead.

I used to be only rightwing nutjobs saying this, and I know you can't reason with those guys, but now I keep seeing people who should fucking know better repeat these talking points wrapped in a few layers of progressive language about ~valuing feminine skills~ and guys: it's genre conventions! Why are the female characters in this movie with 40% of its runtime dedicated to fightscenes good at fighting? Gee whiz I have no idea. Let's use our brain a little.

It's like if I watched John Wick and was like "It's so toxic how we don't let men process their grief through anything but anger and violence. Why can't male characters go to therapy and heal instead of fighting??? This is the reason for the male suicide crisis" honey you are watching John Wick. What exactly did you expect?
