do_grouping を呼びます。2) std::numpunct::do_grouping とまったく同じ意味を持つ、金額出力の桁のグループ化を決定するパターンを返します。
戻り値
グループを保持する std::string 型のオブジェクト。 std::moneypunct の標準の特殊化は、グループ化しないことを示す空文字列を返します。 一般的なグループ化 (例えば en_US ロケール) は "\003" を返します。
