”A pilgrimage is a journey to a holy place, which can lead to a personal transformation, after which the pilgrim returns to their daily life.[1][2][3] A pilgrim (from the Latin peregrinus) is a traveler (literally, one who has come from afar) who is on a journey to a holy place. Typically, this is a physical journey (often on foot) to some place of special significance to the adherent of a particular religious belief system.” ( Wikipedia).
A journey to a holy place is not always a physical journey. Many important journeys are made spiritually, for example, through the process of exploration or having specific experiences.
In this season, many Christians decide to take a type of pilgrimage by revisiting the journey of Jesus the Christ here on earth. Starting primarily from the beginning of his ministry, individuals read, pray and reflect about his journey and God's process of restoring eternal fellowship with his creation.
Jesus began his ministry of healing and teaching when he was about 30 years old.
“Jesus Himself was about thirty years old when He began His ministry.” Luke 3:23

"Jesus began His public ministry around the age of 30, as the Gospel of Luke records. Witness in Holy Scripture, prophecy, God's Holy Spirit and the ongoing testimony of current individuals about Jesus provide “a path" for a pilgrimage that all are invited to venture on.
