First off, thank you to everyone who clicked through, tried to create an account, tested the app, or sent feedback after the soft launch of I Know A Guy Rewards.
I also want to apologize to anyone who ran into an issue during the setup process.
A few people got stuck while trying to create their dashboard. Not exactly the experience I wanted for the first round of users, but this is also exactly why I wanted to start with a soft launch instead of pretending everything would be perfect right out of the gate.
The good news is that the issue has been found, fixed, and tested.
If you tried to sign up and got stuck, you should be able to try again now here:
Please use the same email you originally signed up with. If you used Google/Gmail, click “Continue with Google.” If you used email and password, just sign in with that same email.
I also want to give a special thank you to Rogelio “RO” Lopez for bringing the issue to my attention quickly.

Referrals happen because people trust people. The app is just meant to make those referrals easier to track, manage, and reward.
If you try the app and notice anything that feels confusing, broken, clunky, unclear, or even just something you think could be better, please reach out and tell me.
I genuinely want the feedback.
That includes bugs, wording that does not make sense, parts of the setup that feel confusing, ideas for making it easier, or use cases I may not have thought about yet.
This soft launch is about getting real people into the app, learning what works, fixing what does not, and making it better.
