Nicole - Antara Mastery · Antara Mastery's Stillness & Success

This morning, our meditation began with a card from the Power vs. Force deck:

"Force is seductive, because it emanates a certain glamor... True power is often quite unglamorous."

Those words landed. Hard. At 5:30am, no less! Especially when the world where the subtle or not so subtle messages have been to hustle, dominate, outperform.

I shared a memory from my time at Fort Gordon, Georgia. A group of us went to volunteer with kids in a bootcamp-style youth program. Most of the adults (NCOs) around me were yelling, commanding, asserting control through volume. I didn’t. I spoke to the kids calmly. I asked questions. I listened. And they responded.

Because they didn’t need more force.
They needed to be seen.

And they listened to me not because I demanded it, but because I respected them.

Power doesn’t shout. Power doesn’t chase validation. Power doesn’t need to win over or dominate.

Power is presence.
Power is stillness.
Power is integrity, rooted and unshakable.

This is why meditation matters.
This is why presence matters.
This is why how we show up matters more than how much we do.

If you’re someone who’s used to pushing, performing, or perfecting your way through life, this is your gentle reminder:

You don’t need to yell to be heard. Stillness speaks volumes.

Because stillness is where your true power lives—
and where the greatest successes come from.
