Your Energy Matters

Good now, beautiful soul.

“Everything in the universe constantly gives off an energy pattern of a specific frequency that remains for all time and can be read by those who know how.”

That was the front of the card.. and the back was just as potent…

“Every word, deed and intention creates a permanent record. Every thought is known and recorded forever. There are no secrets. Nothing is hidden, nor can it be. Our spirits stand naked in time for all to see. Everyone's life is accountable to the universe.”

Each morning, during our meditation sessions on Insight Timer, we read a card from a deck. We are currently pulling cards from the deck, The Universe has Your Back, however, I still have musings from the last deck we went through, called the Power vs. Force.

If you’ve ever heard someone say words matter, they weren’t just saying words! It’s true.

This card reminded me that nothing we do is meaningless. Not the late-night spiral. Not the quiet moment of grace. Not the time you smiled at someone just because. Every thought, word, and even the silent intentions leave an imprint. And no, that doesn’t mean we have to be perfect all the time. It means we get to live on purpose.

We get to honor the frequency we’re broadcasting—whether through our presence in a room, the energy in our silence, or the love laced into our "later gators”.

I believe it is my responsibility to help raise the consciousness of this planet by being very responsible with the energy I put out, both in private and in public. I’m not saying down days aren’t allowed… that’s the beauty of being human. We get to experience ranges of emotions. Part of taking responsibility for the energy is how I handle the meh days. What kind of grace, compassion and care do I offer myself? It all matters.

What frequency are you embodying in this moment…then the next.. and the next…?

It’s easy to forget that we’re always radiating. It’s also easy to forget that a moment ago doesn’t equate to the next moment. As I reflected on this card with my meditation group, I felt a quiet call to remember.

Not to stress or overthink every move—but to simply be in relationship with my own energy.

Because the beauty of this truth is: we can shift our frequency at any time.

We can clear it.
We can bless it.
We can choose again.

And that is sacred power.
