Beloveds,
In first- and second-hand encounters with folks this week, I’m hearing a recurring theme. It feels like life is unraveling. I’ve personally been feeling the nipping of grief at my heels all week. Tears are very close by. It really does feel like things are falling apart.
It feels that way because they actually are falling apart. At least at the level of physical reality they are.
It’s extra easy to get caught in the doom and gloom of these times. (This might be a good time to revisit When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chödron!)
The gloom distracts from what’s really real and what might actually be helpful to you and to all of us.
There is a ground of being supporting us that is inherently good and peaceful and loving. Some call this God, others call it consciousness, while others call it Nature. No matter what you call it, it’s a field of energy that underpins what we call consensus reality.
By tapping in regularly to this ground of being, to this alternate energetic reality, we become better able to respond to the wacky stimuli in the environment without as much unraveling.
This feels more necessary than ever because what’s happening at the level of energy right now is HUGE.
As the outer planet energies align today, forming what’s called
Barbeault’s Basket, we are at an evolutionary threshold. We get to
choose to create/co-create our reality. The Golden Age will never exist “out there” until it lives inside your heart; until you fan the flames of love into a wild fury of ecstatic proportions. (Hello, Fire Horse!! Giddyup!)
This is what it looks like in the sky right now. It’s called a basket formation, or a cradle. I like to think the cosmos, this ground of being, or God herself is holding us.
And we need holding because we have forgotten our essential selves. We have forgotten that we are divine. We have become like babies in the cradle. Invited now to wake and rise. And let us wake and rise while the invitation is as gentle as it is!
As I mention in the video below, I truly have compassion for those without a lived experience of this holy ground of being upon which the physical world rests. It is unchanging, fully resourced, unconditional and in sharp contrast to the chaos, turmoil, destruction and fear in our physical reality.
If all you’ve been seeing lately is the chaos, pain and sorrow of this world, consider this your reminder to tap back into this deeper, eternal field of consciousness.
Remembering your divinity is your birthright.
Remembering that you are a creator is your birthright.
Remembering love is your birthright.
The Spirit notes in today’s episode:
Energy weather report: Spoiler Alert - it’s really A LOT right now.
We’re all “in it” so let’s be kind to one another
A few ways to access the ground of being
Letting go is hard but not letting go is harder
Your invitation to radical gentleness
If you’re really IN IT right now and need some support in remembering your own divinity, let’s talk. My spiritual counsel has been described as the mirror that lets you see yourself as love - even when you cannot see it for yourself. Which is exactly why we are not meant to do any of this alone.

Big Love!

P.S. it’s all happening at once
I learned recently that a leaf is born with ALL the colors it will ever be already inside of it. It doesn’t lose the green to turn red, orange, yellow or brown. From it’s inception, it contains multitudes.
You contain multitudes as well.
Similarly, creation exists within destruction. It might not be what’s grabbing your attention, but you can train your attention to find love, to serve creation, and to hold this energetic line as the physical world continues to do whatever it’s going to do.
This is true spiritual warriorship. To be able to see love and perfection in everything. It isn’t easy to do. Until you tap into the ground of being.
I believe in us. Because we contain multitudes.
