Beginning the Eastern Peninsular

I’m back again, but not yet bringing stories or characters, I know, I know I promised, but they will be coming soon! Being knocked by a cold/cough thing meant that I’ve done no more narration, or practiced any, so we continue to build…

With the south west corner complete we head north again to the fringes of the village of Anndale and fill in the landscape around our tale’s epicentre, this means first we expand east and make it a peninsular (so we don’t carry on forever). The new map we see today shows the initial parts of coastal hamlets, another castle ruin (this one inspired by a castle local to me - Dunstanburgh Castle), and inland some heritage aspects of a disused quarry and older, a second stone circle. Anndale has had a lot going on over it’s history! Beyond that I’m initially imagining farmland and forests as the map moves north…

Hopefully with some time this week I hope to start introducing you to the people who inhabit our village of Anndale and drop a couple of my/AI written stories that have so far been exclusive to supporters on other platforms.
