Something exciting happened last week. I was home alone! HOME. ALONE. It’s the school holidays, and solo time during daytime hours has been minimal, so an hour to myself pottering around the house was a little slice of heaven. And what did I decide to do? Well, try on clothes and turn on a Substack live, of course, because my inability to switch off is near zero.
It was a mixed bag, and actually a lot of what had arrived that day was packaged up and ready to be sent back by that afternoon. Watch till the end because I tried on a dress that was laughably horrendous. Like ‘all body positivity has left the building’ bad. But there were some gems too.
