On any given Wednesday, you’ll usually find me at my desk, squeezing in a Pilates class, nipping into town because we’ve run out of milk (again), or hopping on a train into London for an event.
The reality? Most days are pretty ordinary, which means my wardrobe has to work just as hard as I do. Comfort is non negotiable, but looking put together has always mattered to me too.
That doesn’t mean piling on accessories, overthinking every outfit or dressing like I’m on my way to fashion week. Quite the opposite.
I love clothes that feel simple, elegant and easy to wear, with just enough personality to stop them feeling predictable. Pieces that feel polished without trying too hard. Most importantly, I want to look like me.
So, if you’re anything like me, here are four outfit formulas I come back to time and time again. They’re effortless, comfortable and chic, with just enough interest to make getting dressed feel that little bit more fun.
